Chakra's can be described in several ways. In short:
- 7 main chakra's
- Located along the spine and a corresponding area at the front side of the body
- They have a physical correspondance with these locations.
- They also function as junxtions or gateways for deeper experiences in our consciousness
- Chakra meditation focuses on these energy junxtions, our connection with our consciousness and to everything around us
- All meditation starts with mindfulness. Being aware of what is there.
This is one of those things you just have to explore yourself. Maybe it's for you and maybe not. It is all very personal and very interesting to investigate.
